Service Description
A Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) is required for ALL Maryland RESIDENTS to purchase, rent, or receive a handgun. This essential course provides the mandatory training required by the State of Maryland. Applicants must complete 4+ hours of training, submit live-scan fingerprints, and pay fees (initial $50, renewal $20). Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of firearm safety, handgun operation, and Maryland's legal framework for handgun ownership. * * * Please be advised that we have a no-refund policy. * * * Training sessions can be rescheduled provided that we receive at least 72 hours' notice. Please note that there is a $75.00 rescheduling fee required to move your session.
